about me
Since I was very young girl I have felt within myself a love and appreciation for art. My grandmother used to joke, as soon as I had learn to hold a pencil, I attempted to draw.
My first “masterpieces” were different fairy-tale flowers and princesses. When I was a third year student at university studying design and advertising, I realized my true vocation was to become a painter.
People who are interested in my work often ask me what am I trying to express. I think the most important things are the subject, idea and the mood that are being expressed in the picture. It’s only natural that different people will see and feel different things from each work. Also, I think, a work of art has to contain some mystery. For me a picture doesn’t appear in a flash or a moment’s inspiration. Every artwork has its own energy, mood, story and it has come through many stages of the creative process before it reaches its final form. My work is thing of my imagination, but it’s also a reflection of my feelings. I express myself in art and I’m happy when people can connect with my work. Through my perception of the world as an artist I want to bring something positive and beautiful into our lives and also share my inspiration with people.
